A ‘Cooling’ time with my fabulous family

I had a short trip to Genting Highland with my family last week from Thurs – Sat. It was a wonderful time spent together. Though I despised the journey on cable cars, I endured it for the sake of spending great time with them. Well, come to think of it, the cable car ride wasn’t that scary but I dislike the feeling of it.

The weather was really cooling which mom and dad really like. We spent the time walking around the indoor theme park and around the hotel. We even visited the Casino. The food was good too but its way too expensive. A bowl of noodle or a plate of chicken rice cost RM 15++ each. It’s cheap to the foreigners but not to us. Most of the visitors are fromSingaporeas they are still having their school holidays.

On the 2^nd day, Eda and I found out that we can enter the outdoor Theme Park for RM10 from7-10pm, we were ecstatic. The highlight of the day was, mom and dad joined us in our frenzy, hahaha. We went on the pirate ship ride. It wasn’t as scary as my mom has imagined but I still screamed my lungs out. We even went on the ferry-wheel rides. It was really cold when we reached the top that I regretted it immediately. Dad had some fun time with the archery. We also went on the tea-cup rides which were filled with kids, heheh.

By9.30pm, we called it a day and went back to our hotel rooms. We bid goodbyes to Genting the following day. It was a really good time spent with my family. I hope that the next time, we could come with Sharon and her family. It will be fun to let lil’ Eli goes on the rides.
